- Author registration closes on 5th March 2026 (Late Track: Camera-ready Deadline).
- Audience registration closes on 20 March 2026.
- Early Registration Fee is available until 10 March 2026 (Tuesday).
- Regular Registration Fees will be available until 20 March 2026 (Friday).
*Audience Registration and Student registration do not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and contact us at [email protected].Â
Or you can directly register for 2PPR: Author registration (675 USD), which covers 2 accepted papers in one Author registration fee (1 participant allowed in person or remotely).

- All fees will be collected in US dollars.
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee (60 USD).
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.

Important Notes Before Registering
Camera-Ready Deadline: Main Track: 28 February 2026
Camera-Ready Deadline: Late Track: 5 March 2026
- At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper;
- One 1PPR: Author registration covers 1 paper. One 2PPR: Author reigstration covers 2 papers. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
- Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
- At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a Camera-ready version. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate;
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
